Favorite Wrestling Hold: The grapevine, head scissors I am a 27 year-old fitness instructor and personal trainer living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. When I am not whipping my clients into shape at my gym I enjoy spending my time mountain biking, hiking, whitewater rafting, and working out. Some of my other hobbies include playing sand volleyball, hanging out with my friends, taking my dog to the park and practicing my yoga and tai chi. This year my fitness goals are to enter and place in all of the local Colorado Fitness / Figure competitions as well as enter a few in the Los Angeles area and the FVF Vancouver competition.
