| Born in Ohio Currently working for a Professional Staffing Service (Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Engineering) Strong & Extensive Athletic Background Started weight training for sport performance Did not consider competing until January 2005. Attended expos etc. and consistently received great feedback from very credible sources within the industry. I started BB in January 2005. At this point, I have only competed twice. First show – March 2005 – NPC Northern Kentucky - Won the Overall Second show – May 2006 – NPC Pittsburgh – Won the Overall With regard to my training schedule, I believe in consistent variety. I am not afraid to change my routine around if need be. I don’t have a favorite exercise or body part. To me, they all need work and an equal amount of attention. As far as how much I can lift – I don’t really know. I don’t max out. Off-season VS. Training for Competition (What I like about them) I like how the off-season is more relaxed and more flexible. While in show shape, I like the fact that you actually get to see the result of being disciplined. Each day is challenging, but you have the chance the witness the changes. It is not easy to get into great shape and when you see the progress, it is really encouraging. Typical Day Consists Of: Praising God, Spending time with my husband & family, Career, Training, Constantly Eating Outside of training: Relaxing at home with my husband, Jason. Jason & I Judge NPC shows – we really enjoy this because it give us one of many opportunities to give back and help others. Visiting family, attending events What I Like The Lifestyle: To me, the lifestyle is never-ending. It is a journey that keeps on going. There is always something to work on. More About Me: I am trained by my husband, Jason Richardson My favorite NFL team is the Denver Broncos Goals: In addition to being a successful competitor, I have several goals for the sport of Women’s Bodybuilding. I believe that the sport is in the early beginnings of a better and exciting era. As my career unfolds, I intend to market and represent my sport with class, respect, professionalism and overall feminine beauty. I plan on reaching internal and external audiences with new and appropriate methods on and off stage. Please note: Kiesha does not do sessions or wrestling of any kind. Please don't ask!! |
