I was 21 years old when I started lifitng and what motivated me, was the movie "Terminator" Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body? It just grew as I trained and saw progress, I liked what I saw What was your first competition and how did you place? My first competition was a Natural show and I won my class., I was 24 years old And which contest has been the biggest success for you yet? A typical lday, would be to train clients from 7:30am til 7:30pm and I train in the mid-day, weekends, lots of fun........shopping... Please tell me something about your daily training routine. I train 5 days a week, two days of cardio and 5 days strength training,, I divide my body parts up to one muscle a week than repeat the following week. What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off-season? My training for competitions than off-season, is very different, but those are secrets....... If you don’t mind would you give me some stats (best lifts and some body measurements)? My arms are 141/2 inches, my quads are 23 inches, I squat 360# and curl 85# Which bodypart is your best in your opinion? Shoulders/Legs What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much? I love Parking Lot Barbell Lunges and hate Bench press Judging in Women’s Bodybuilding has always been criticised in one or the other way. Please tell me your honest thoughts about today’s judging in Women’s Bodybuilding. I feel thjat since it is a very subjective sport it NEEDS to be better at setting appropriate guidelines and rules and to follow them strictley Please tell me about what else you are doing when you don’t work out. I have two exoctic cats that I spend time with: a sphynx named Cairo and an African Bengel named Kitkit. I love going boating and laying at the beach, and of course a girls best friend, shopping.
