Office Manager of Dental Office Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to figure and how did you get started with weight training? Growing up I played softball and basketball. Was it a goal for you to compete in figure competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body? Well I have only been training for 1 ˝ yrs. So the first few months it wasn’t a goal, but once I saw the transformation I knew I wanted to compete. Can you give me your competition history? 2007 GNC Indiana Regional 3rd place in class 2007 Missouri Ozark State Competition 1st place in class 2007 Regional Caveman Classic 1st place in class Which contest has been your biggest success; which has had the most meaning to you? 2007 Missouri because it was my first, 1st place win. Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.) I weight lift 7 days a week; I focus on 1-2 muscle groups a day. I do 30 minutes of cardio 4 days a week. What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much? Favorite exercise is triceps dips. Every exercise has its own benefit so I like them all. Which body part is your best in your opinion? Shoulders and back What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'? I love watching my body transform daily before a competition Please describe a typical day in the life of Ann Titone. I wake up 515am and praise God for the gift of life then I do my cardio, go to work and go to the gym. Please tell me about what you do when you don’t work out ( hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.) My husband and I are huge UFC fans. We watch all the fights. I also love spending time with my family. What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle? Being in shape Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear. I was in a life threatening car accident, which left me in a comma for two weeks. I had a broken femur, jaw, 3 broken ribs, punctured lung and cut spleen. My parents were gathered in the waiting room once I arrived at the hospital to be notified I would not make it through the night. What are your competition goals or personal future goals?
